General Terms and Conditions

 

1. Applicability

  • These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of designs and patterns via www.studiothuis.nl.
  • Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

2. Agreements and Payment

  • All offers and prices listed on the website are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • An agreement is concluded once the payment has been successfully completed via the website.
  • After successful payment, the customer will receive access to the digital product (download).

3. Payment and Prices

  • All prices on the website are shown exclusive of VAT.
  • For customers in the Netherlands, statutory VAT will be added during checkout.
  • Customers outside the Netherlands are not charged VAT unless required by law in their country. In such cases, the customer is responsible for complying with applicable tax regulations in their country.
  • Payment must be made directly online using the available payment methods.
  • Due to the direct delivery of digital products, refunds are not possible.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery occurs via direct download after successful payment.
  • If files are too large for direct download, they will be sent within 24 hours using an alternative method (e.g., email or download link).
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided email address and technical systems are functional for receiving the files.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

  • All designs remain the property of TH, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
  • The use of designs is only permitted under the license terms applicable to the purchase.

6. Termination

  • In the event of a breach of these terms, TH reserves the right to terminate the agreement.
  • Further access to digital products may be blocked in the event of a breach.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by Dutch law.
  • Disputes with customers in the Netherlands will be submitted to the competent court in Zwolle.
  • Disputes with customers outside the Netherlands will preferably be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be handled under Dutch law unless otherwise agreed.

 

 

 

License Terms

 

Available Licenses

The following licenses are available for the purchase of designs:

1. Personal Use License

  • Permitted for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Suitable for personal projects and social media accounts without commercial purposes.
  • The file is provided as a high-resolution flat JPEG (non-editable).

2. Limited Commercial License

  • Permitted for commercial use of up to 500 end products.
  • Includes physical products such as clothing, homeware, stationery, and more.
  • The file is provided as a high-resolution, editable PSD or AI/EPS file.

3. Full Commercial License

  • Permitted for unlimited commercial use with no production limits.
  • Includes physical products such as clothing, homeware, stationery, and more.
  • The file is provided as a high-resolution, editable PSD or AI/EPS file.

4. Exclusive Rights License

  • Grants full exclusive rights; the design will be removed from the website after purchase.
  • Includes unlimited use and exclusivity for commercial purposes.
  • The file is provided as a high-resolution, editable PSD or AI/EPS file.

Prohibited Use

  • Claiming copyright or ownership of the designs. All designs remain the property of TH, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Copying, sublicensing, or reselling designs.
  • Using TH designs in material that is offensive, misleading, unethical, illegal, or harmful to others.

  • By completing a purchase via www.studiothuis.nl, you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions, as well as the license terms described below.
